Punganuru Mandal, Prakasam District without suspending or cancelling my dealership is highly illegal, arbitrary unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14, 19(i)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein to resume supply of the essential commodities to the Fair Price Shop No.0826019 of Kallamvaripalem Village, J. Punganuru Mandal, Prakasam District belonging to the petitioner herein on regular basis on depositing the required amounts for supply of commodities and to pass such other order or orders ….” 2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 22.07.2020, this Court was pleased to pass the following interim order in I.A.No.1 of 2020: Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be interim direction as prayed for, if the authorization of the petitioner is subsisting as on today. However, pendency of the Writ Petition and the subsistence of the interim order, will not come in the way of the respondents from proceeding in accordance with law. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents. 4. Today when the matter came for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 22.07.2020, no cause survives for adjudication. 4 VS,J W.P.No.11993 of 2020 5.
