Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Lucknow to Farrukhabad on the post of Accountant. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions submits that petitioner's representation against the aforesaid transfer order has already been rejected on 01.07.2025, a copy of the said order being provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of such preliminary objection raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh challenging the rejection order. 5. In view thereof, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh.
