Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S. Case No. 37/2025, P.R.C. Case No. 99/2025, under Sections 61(2)/140(2) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the as per instruction, the case has already been charge-sheeted, vide Charge- Sheet No. 83/2025, dated 22.05.2025. In view of the above submission that the case has already been charge- sheeted, vide Charge-Sheet No. 83/2025, dated 22.05.2025, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law.
