The Petitioner No.1 is claiming to be the owner of the house property bearing Door No. 3-28-18/154, 4*^ Lane, Rajendranagar, Guntur, having acquired same under a Registered Sale Deed No. 275 of 2005. Similarly, Petitioner No.2 also purchased the house property in the same lane through Registered Sale Deed No. 6291 of 2009. While so, the Petitioners 3 and 4 are also having house property in Sri Sarada Parameswari Enclave, bearing Flat No.506, D.No. 3-30-17 at Ring Road, Guntur. f 3. The reasons for filing the Writ Petition is that when there was a proposal to change the drainage connections for the respective houses, the Petitioners had submitted their objections, which has not been considered by the Respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents placed on record the Written Instructions of City Planner, Guntur Municipal Corporation, dated 01.07.2025, wherein it is stated that the issue of drainage connections was resolved recently by constructing new drain in the 3^^ lane of Rajendra Nagar by considering the request of the Petitioners. 5. In view of the same, the grievance of the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is redressed. 6. While recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
