This Criminal Transfer Application has been filed seeking transfer of the complaint/challan arising out of FIR No. 40/2022 registered at Police Station Kralagun, Kupwara for offences under Sections 7/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 18, 18-B, 23, and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, presently pending before the NIA Court, Kupwara. 2. The sole ground urged for transfer is the absence of a Presiding Officer in the said Court, and the applicant seeks transfer of the case to the NIA Court, Baramulla. 3. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this petition, a new Presiding Officer has now been posted in the NIA Court, Kupwara. Accordingly, the grievance of the applicant stands redressed, and the petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
