GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 5th respondent though there is no case registered against him. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 5th respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, one Nadipudi Ramu has filed a complaint against the petitioner and the police have registered a case in Crime No.125 of 2025 against the petitioner, for alleged offence under Section 318(4) of BNS. 4. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed and hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
