U/s 176 of IPC R.I. for 6 months. U/s 201 of IPC R.I. for 3 years with fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine amount additional R.I. for 3 months. (All the sentences were directed to run concurrently) 2 In this case, vide order of this Court dated 13.02.2025 bailable warrant was issued against the appellant returned unserved with a report of Office of Station House Officer, Police Station- Chakarbhata, District Bilaspur (C.G.) dated 22.03.2025 along with death certificate that the sole appellant died on 17.12.2016. 3 Learned State counsel agreed with the report. 4 In view of the matter, this Criminal Appeal stands disposed of as the legal representative of the appellant has not approached to contest the appeal.
