1. The present Civil Revision Petition (for short C.R.P) has been preferred by the Revision Petitioners aggrieved by the Order dated 23.10.2025 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2014 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram by confirming the order dated 22.03.2024 in I.A.No.1065 of 2015 in O.S.No.161 of 2015 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram, in dismissing the petition under Order XXXIX, Rules 1 and 2 r/w section 151 of Civil Procedure Code for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents herein from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the revision petitioner/plaintiff over the plaint schedule property. 2. Without going into the merits of the case, the present C.R.P., is disposed of, directing the Respondents to maintain status-quo as on today, as the Gramakantam land does not vest either with the Government or the Grampanchayath. 3. The trial court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the said observation, the instant C.R.P., is disposed of. No costs. 4 C.R.P.No. 3697 of 2025 TRR,J.
