Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- “1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the FIR dated 25.03.2025 in Case Crime No.0135 of 2025, under Sections 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Ramnagar, District Barabanki, as contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.” 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of written instructions dated 01.07.2025 sent by Ravindra Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Ramnagar, District Barabanki, says that charge sheet has been prepared on 06.05.2025 and the same has been sent to the Circle Officer, Police Station Ramnagar, District Barabanki. 4. Instructions are kept on record. 5. Since sufficient evidence has been found against the petitioner, the FIR cannot be quashed. 6. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. . ( Brij Raj Singh, J.)
