The petitioner is President of Self Help Group which was assigned the task of distribution of dry food grains to certain Anganbadi Centers. 3. The Self Help Group has not filed this petition. Nevertheless, bereft of this lacuna, the standing counsel says that a decision was taken by a Committee headed by the Chief Development Officer in the May, 2025 based on some SOP to restrain the petitioner's Self Help Group from distributing the dry food grains as aforesaid which has subsequently been communicated to the Self Help Group in July, 2025. A copy of the decision dated 02.07.2025 as also copy of decision of the Committee taken in May, 2025 have been provided to the petitioner's counsel. If the Self Help Group is aggrieved, it can challenge the said decisions. 4. As regards relief no. 2 relating to non-payment of transportation charges, let the Self Help Group concerned approach the Chief Development Officer or such authority of the State Government as may be competent to consider the grievance who shall take a decision in the matter within two months of receipt of such application and communicate it to the Self Help Group concerned. 5.
