It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions that subsequent to filing of the present petition, opposite party no. 3 i.e., Additional Director Administration, Agriculture Deaprtment, Krishi Bhawan, U.P. Lucknow has passed order dated 02.07.2025, whereby present petition has rendered infructuous. The order dated 02.07.20025 filed today in Court is taken on record. 5. Learned State Counsel does not have any objection. 5. In view of aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
