The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Case No.32478/2023 (State vs. Shodul Hasan and Others), Case Crime No.100/2023 under Section 498A, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Right on Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Bahraich within a stipulated period. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with expedition from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
