[2025:RJ-JP:5771] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 11092/2015 Kapoor Chand Sharma S/o Ramji Lal, aged about 45 years, Village Banji, Tehsil And District- Bharatpur Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus 1. Sub-Divisional Officer, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. 2. Branch Manager, State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur, Branch- Kanjoli Lines, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Abhilash Sharma for Mr. Rahul Kamwar For Respondent(s) : Ms. Anita Aggarwal with Mr. Anubhav Agarwal HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 10/02/2025 This writ petition is directed against the public auction notice dated 20.07.2015 issued by the respondent No.1. The relevant facts in brief, as revealed from the memo of writ petition, are that the petitioner has taken a loan from the respondent No.2 for purchasing a tractor and agricultural activities and on account of financial crises, adverse weather conditions and loss of crop, he could not repay the same which resulted into the subject public auction notice. Despite repeated requests, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to satisfy this Court that the public auction notice suffers from any illegality warranting interference by this Court in it. [2025:RJ-JP:5771] (2 of 2) [CW-11092/2015] In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merit. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
