Present petition has been filed for seeking direction to respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of appointment on compassionate ground in category III entry level post and/or any other suitable post according to the qualification of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the claim of the petitioner for regularization against class IV post was rejected on account of lack of quota, however, in the meanwhile the petitioner became eligible for being regularized against class III post for which representation dated 29.07.2019 (Annexure P-13) has been submitted which remains undecided. It is submitted that he would be satisfied in case respondents are directed to take considered and conscious decision on the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.07.2019 (Annexure P-13) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 21.07.2025 (VINOD S.
