The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling him to the police station without any rhyme or reason and that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with the civil disputes in L.G.O.P. No.222 of 2018 pending before the learned District Judge-cum-Special Officer under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, at Machilipatnam. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to respondents 3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the dispute relating to the petitioner, which is already pending as referred above, without following the due process of law. 4.
