Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned Gram Nyayalay, Milkipur, District Ayodhya to decide the restoration application along with limitation application in Suit No. 1382/2021, Shiv Saran and others Vs. Chhoteylal and others, which is pending since 21.03.2025 before the Gram Nyayalay, Milkipur, District Ayodhya expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending restoration application, with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
