The instant contempt petition had been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 17.04.2025 passed in a Writ-A No.4136 of 2025. A Co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 03.07.2025 had required the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions. Today, it has been informed by the learned Standing Counsel that by means of order dated 27.03.2025 the representation of the petitioner was required to be decided. It has been decided vide order dated 08.05.2025, a copy of the same has been provided to the Court for perusal and the copy of the same has also been given to the counsel for the petitioner who does not dispute the same. Accordingly, this Court is satisfied with the order passed by the writ court stands complied with. No further orders are required. The petition is dismissed. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
