Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 312/2024 for the offences registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is a student of B.Com. session 2024-2027 and there is no specific and direct allegation against him, as such he may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegations made against this petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the learned court below on his surrender shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 312/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 6. It is made clear that if the petitioner will not cooperate in investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Pawan/Sangam/ -
