Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider online application of petitioner dated 19.05.2025 for his transfer in terms of paragraph no. 5 (v) of the Government Order/Transfer Policy dated 06.05.2025 particularly in view of the fact that petitioner is due to superannuate within a period of one year. 3. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no. 2. i.e., Director General, Medical & Health Services, U.P. Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide petitioner's online application dated 19.05.2025 expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 4.
