There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment and order of this Court passed in a bunch of writ petitions leading being Writ-A No. 5617 of 2024 Inre; Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava and Ors Vs. State of U.P and Ors decided on 28.05.2025. 4. Considering the aforesaid consensus amongst the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of. 5.
