The same is taken on record. 2. Supplementary Affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and Supplementary short counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the opposite party No.3 are taken on record. 3. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: “(i). to pass an appropriate order, commanding the opposite party no.1 i.e. learned Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Lucknow directing him to return the implementation of impugned order dated 26.05.2025 without its compliance sent to S.H.O. Police Station Kakori, Lucknow till final disposal of appeal which is pending before the Rent Tribunal (District Judge) Lucknow. (ii) to pass an order or direction, directing the respondent no.2 not to harass and disturb the peaceful smooth running of business of petitioner in pursuance of order dated 26.05.2025.” 4. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents that against the order passed for eviction on 26.05.2025, an appeal has been preferred, which is still pending. 5. In view of the above, no interference is called for. 6. The petition lacks merit and is dismissed. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not granted interim order, with regard to execution of the order passed by the A.D.M.
