Petitioner alleges illegal construction on his Bhumidhari land bearing Gata no.193 situated at Village-Gonawan, Tehsil- Colonel Ganj, District-Gonda, by opposite party nos.5 to 7. 3. Let the petitioner approach opposite party no.4 by way of an application who shall get the facts verified and if it is found that any such illegal encroachment is being made on a land in respect of which the petitioner is recorded, without purchasing the said land or acquiring it compulsorily then he shall ensure that such encroachment is removed and any further encroachment is not made. However, if the factual position is otherwise then the matter shall rest as it is. In either eventuality, he shall inform the petitioner about the result of the aforesaid exercise. Needless to say, this will include, if necessary, getting the land of the petitioner demarcated in the presence of the petitioner.
