The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing to to the opposite party No.2 i.e. Labour Court A.P. Sen Road Lucknow to decide the cases, which details are mentioned in the Para No.10 in the present petition, within some stipulated period determined by this Hon'ble Court looking towards the matter deeply expeditiously within some stipulated period fixing by this Hon'ble Court which is contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition. Considering the fact that the claims filed by the petitioners are pending before respondent No.2, the present petition is disposed of with direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the pending claim petitions with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from today, in accordance with law.
