The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming that despite approval of a site vide order dated 10.02.2025, the Gram Pradhan is not permitting the constructions of the model fair price shop on the land, which was marked. 4. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that subsequently a fresh proposal was given by the Land Management Committee on 11.06.2025, proposing a different site and both the said issues are again pending consideration before the SDM concerned. 5. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed of directing the SDM concerned to take a decision with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from today with regard to both the proposal, so that steps can be taken for expeditiously setting up of the modal fair price shop in terms of the Government Order dated 09.06.2025.
