The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 401 of 2025, under sections 2(b)(17)/3 of U.P. Gangsters Act, P.S. Mohammadi, District Kheri. After arguing for some time, applicant's counsel submits that the present application for anticipatory bail may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a regular bail application which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the above, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to appear/surrender before the learned trial court within ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, he files a regular bail application, the same be decided expeditiously.
