Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 14.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Community Health Centre Harringtonganj, Ayodhya to Primary Health Centre, Sujanganj under Community Health Centre, Rudauli Ayodhya. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that impugned transfer order has been passed on administrative ground without indicating reasons for such administrative exigencies for transferring the petitioner. 4. Learned State Counsel has refuted the submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner with submissions that the petitioner has been transferred merely within the same city and district and transfer order even otherwise does not require any reasons. 5. Upon consideration of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and perusal of material on record, it appears that petitioner has been transferred from one Community Health Centre to another Primary Health Centre within the same city and district on administrative grounds. 6. It is settled law that a transfer order does not require to record any exigency for effecting transfer of an employee. It is also settled law that transfer is an exigency of service and no specific ground has been taken challenging the impugned order. 7. In view thereof, this Court does not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned. Accordingly, petition fails and is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
