GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in the unauthorized seizure of three cell phones belonging to the petitioner’s car driver by illegally entering the petitioner’s house and took them away in his absence. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police have seized the mobile phones under a panchanama, which was attested by the mediators and handed over to the investigating officer. 2 3. The instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader are taken on record. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the investigating officer/4th respondent to complete the investigation in accordance with the provisions of BNSS, 2023.
