Petitioner wants his name to be recorded in respect of Gata No.455 as bhumidhar based on some patta granted to him by the Land Management Committee dated 20.11.1966 and also that he should not be evicted from that land. Learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow says that the land is at present recorded as banjar and is within the limit of Municipal Corporation, Lucknow. This is not a matter to be considered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India certainly not after so many years.
