Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, they are clubbed together and are being heard & decided by a common judgment. 7. Petitioners were engaged through UPNL in different District Level Services Authority within State of Uttarakhand and they have been serving as outsourced employee for last more than five years. 8. According to the petitioners, after serving for sufficiently long period of time, they have earned right to be considered for 2025:UHC:9640 regularisation. Since their claim has not been considered so far, therefore, they have approached this Court for a direction to the competent authority to take decision in the matter of their regularisation. 9. Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that even though selection process was initiated for supplying available vacancies in different District Level Services Authorities by regular appointment, however, no one has been recommended in place of the petitioners and they are still continuing as outsourced employee, without any let or hindrance. 10. Since petitioners have served for last several years as outsourced employee, therefore, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make representation(s) regarding their regularisation. If petitioners make representation(s) to the competent authority in the concerned District Legal Services Authority, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, within three months. 11. For a period of three months or till decision is taken, petitioners’ engagement shall not be discontinued.
