The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(ii) To Allow this Petition with Direction to Learned Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Dalmau, Rai-Bareli to decide application under Order 39 Rule 1-2 CPC in Regular Suit No- 3085/2024 Titled As "Ravendra Kumar Shukla Versus Mohanlal and Others" within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court and till disposal of the Interim Relief Application Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the parties of the pending suit to maintain status quo over the property in dispute." 3.
