This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 08.05.2025, registered as FIR No.0176 of 2025, under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Safipur, District Unnao, as well as all consequential proceedings arise therefrom, in the interest of justice." Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instruction sent by Sri Sitaram, Sub Inspector, Police Station Safipur, Unnao, says that Final Report has been submitted and no credible evidence has been found against the petitioner. The said report is pending with the Supervisory Authority. Instructions are kept on record. The writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
