It is further submitted that the service book be released in favour of the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO), who shall make the requisite entries regarding the petitioner’s service and thereafter return the same to the Anti-Corruption Bureau. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid submission. In view of the submissions so made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the service book in favour of the concerned DDO, who shall make the necessary entries and return the same to the Anti- Corruption Bureau forthwith.
