No.269/2025 under Section-3(5), 351(2), 352, 109, 110 BNS 2023 and Section-7 Criminal Law Amendment Act 1932, Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Pratapgarh, so far relates to the petitioner, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition."
