None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner in essence seeks execution of the order / decree passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amethi on 09.09.2023 in a partition suit pertaining to an agricultural holding, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable because there is a specific mechanism for this purpose under the U.P.
