No.1 of 2020 (I.A.No.90 of 2020 ) in HMOP No. 33 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur 2. No appeal will lie against interlocutory order passed by the Family Court which is barred under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984. The impugned order passed by the Family Court in I.A. No.1 of 2020 (I.A.No.90 of 2020 ) appears to be an interlocutory order and therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable.. However now the main petition in HMOP No.33 of 2019 itself was disposed of on merits, under these circumstances, the relief sought for in this appeal has become infructuous.
