At the outset, Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned Government Advocate, with reference to our order dated July 16, 2025, submits that the matter is already under active consideration of the competent authority and so much so vide order dated October 9, 2025, the subject structure/property has since been sealed. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and therefore the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Though at this stage, Mr. Arif Sikander, advocate appearing for the private respondents and submits that the petitioner has suppressed certain material facts as also the pending litigation before another Bench. Be that as it may, he submits for the premises in question has been sealed, the respondent, if so advised, shall assail the order dated October 9, 2025 in appropriate proceedings.
Disposed of being infructuous.
