The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No.144 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner No.1 is having one criminal antecedent and petitioner No.2 has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph Nos.15 and 16 respectively. 2025:JHHC:23203 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4249 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioners were also found on the spot and the allegation of extortion is there and the anticipatory bail of one of the co-accused person has already been rejected by this Court in A.B.A. No.4218 of 2025. 5. Considering that the anticipatory bail of one of the co- accused persons has already been rejected by this Court in A.B.A. No.4218 of 2025 and the allegations are there of demand of extortion and the petitioners were also found on the spot, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
