Heard Shri Prashant Puri, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pankaj Garg, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Shri Ashish Sinha, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the parties that in terms of an order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 04.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. It has further been informed that a settlement agreement was arrived at between the parties on 27.08.2025 in terms whereof all the parties have resolved their disputes and the aforesaid settlement agreement has been repduced in writing and duly certified by the parties and learned counsel for the respective parties as well as Mediators. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions as well as the agreement dated 27.08.2025 which is on record, this Court finds that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably, therefore, no further order for adjudication is required. 4.
