JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. Ms. A.P.Kharsahnoh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no definite instructions with regard as to when the exams of the son of the writ petitioner will be over.
2. Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. C.Jala, learned counsel on behalf of the respondents, submits that he has no instructions and prays that the matter be disposed of accordingly.
3. On examination of the matter and considering the hardship that is being faced by the writ petitioner and his family, though not setting aside the transfer order, however, this Court directs that the movement of the writ petitioner be affected from 31-03-2026. Till then, the petitioner is also permitted to retain his quarters so that the examination of the child will not be disturbed.
4. As ordered above, the matter stands disposed of.
