Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been posted in District Kushi Nagar from his erstwhile posting in Lucknow. 3. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned State counsel on the basis of instruction submits that the impugned order is not an order of transfer but in fact an order of posting after promotion in pursuance of promotional order dated 15.01.2025. It is also submitted that against the aforesaid posting, petitioner has submitted a representation which has been rejected by means of order dated 01.07.2025. 4. In view of such preliminary objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh in order to effect challenge to the order dated 01.07.2025. 5. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
