Of Punchayatraj Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dhananjai Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 14th June, 2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Senior Assistant in Development Block Mankapur has been transferred to Developemnt Block Katra Bazar. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforesaid transfer order is against the government order dated 6th May, 2025, particularly paragraph 3 thereof whereby more than 10% of the persons have been transferred as well as the fact that persons working in the development block since prior to petitioner have been left untouched. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of three days from today before opposite party No. 3 i.e. District Development Officer, District Gonda In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the said authority within period of two weeks from the date of its receipt.
