Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge This petition has been filed against the judgment dated 26.6.2014 passed by the Appellate Authority, Chamba, in Civil Appeal (Rent) No. 8/13/12 titled Vijay Pal Ruhela vs. Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Punjab, whereby order dated 30th August, 2012 passed by the Rent Controller, Chamba in Rent Petition No.4 of 2009 titled Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Punjab vs. Vijay Pal Ruhela and others, has been affirmed and petitioner has been ordered to be evicted. 2 It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that during pendency of present petition, matter has been amicably settled and after termination of earlier tenancy, fresh tenancy has been created by executing a deed in favour of petitioner No.2 Chander Bose Ruhela ( 2025:HHC:17614 ) son of Shri Zila Singh with fresh terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties. 3 It has been submitted that in view of aforesaid facts, petitioners are not pressing present Civil Revision Petition as previous tenancy stands terminated and petitioners shall be deemed to have been evicted in compliance of impugned order which was challenged in present Civil Revision Petition and thereafter, Chander Bose Ruhela has to be considered to have been inducted afresh as stated supra. 4 It has been further submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that in view of above, present petition is not pressed.
