Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned FIR No.267 of 2025, under Section 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Tambour, District Sitapur lodged by respondent no.4 against the petitioner.” 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of written instructions dated 30.06.2025 sent by Sheetla Prasad Yadav, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Tambour, District Sitapur, says that during the course of investigation, certain sections have been added in the FIR. 4.
