This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(I)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.05.2025 lodged by opposite party no.4 which was registered as FIR/Crime No. 0306 of 2025 at Police Station Dhaurahra, District Kheri, under sections 87 BNS and added section 64 BNS, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. (II)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner on the basis of false First Information Report dated 15.05.2025 lodged by opposite party no.4 which was registered as FIR/Crime No. 0306 of 2025 at Police Station Dhaurahra, District Kheri, under sections 87 BNS and added section 64 BNS, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State has pointed out on the basis of his instructions that after investigation and recording the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS, certain new sections have been added. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
