3. The instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Case No.610 of 2021 ‘Smt. Minakshi Subha vs. Siddarth Subha’, by which petition for divorce filed by the appellant has been dismissed.
4. During the course of hearing of this appeal, parties have arrived at a compromise. They have filed a Misc. Application (IA No.02 of 2025), enclosing therewith a settlement which has been arrived at between the parties.
5. Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have resolved their dispute and parties have decided to stay separately and the marriage may be dissolved by way of divorce.
7. Both the parties have joined the proceedings through V.C., who are duly identified by their respective counsel. The parties have submitted that they have sold the joint property and shared the profits between them and they have also decided to stay separately.
8. Since the parties have settled their dispute amicably, the appeal is decided in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The settlement which is part of IA No.2
of 2025 shall form part of this order.
9. In view of above, the marriage between the parties stands dissolved.
10. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of.
