Shri Arun Kumar, District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur is present and has filed an afÏdavit of compliance, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 i.e. Shri Surendra Kakkar, Manager B.N.S.D, Inter College, Chunniganj, Kanpur has submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by the writ court dated 29.10.2024, the applicant has been given joining and the salary bill of the applicant has been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur. 3. Learned State Counsel has submitted that for salary of the month of December, an order has been passed and for payment, the bill has also been submitted to the Treasury for the purpose of payment to the applicant and now the Treasury has to make the payment. It is expected that either by today or by tomorrow, the amount will be credited in the account of the applicant. As far as the salary for the month of November is concerned, that bill will also be forwarded to the Treasury within a period of three days and the same may also be paid. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that for all practical purposes, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 5. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 6. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
