JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 17.09.2025 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had submitted a representation before the Respondent Authorities claiming interest on the delayed payment. However, vide an order dated 23.06.2025, the claim of the interest was denied. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said order dated 23.06.2025 is required to be challenged taking into account that without a challenge being made, the present proceedings cannot be proceeded with. The learned counsel therefore submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh thereby challenging the order dated 23.06.2025. 3. Taking into account the said submission, this Court therefore closes the instant writ petition on withdrawal. 4.
