Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 to 4 to conduct the investigation in a fair and impartial manner in the matter of Case Crime/FIR No.148 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Mitauli, District Kheri, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of written instructions dated 30.06.2025 sent by Manoj Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Mitauli, District Kheri, says that charge sheet has been prepared in the matter on 22.06.2025 and sent to the supervisory authority. 4. Instructions are kept on record. 5. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the supervisory authority for raising his challenge to the charge sheet. .
