The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging an order dated 29.03.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) on an application filed under Order XXI Rule 97 CPC. 4. Considering the fact that against the said order a revision would lie before the District Judge under Section 115 CPC, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to prefer a revision, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5. Certified copy of the order impugned shall be returned to the petitioner on his moving an appropriate application.
