(Sunita Mishra vs. Marut Nandan) pending in the court of Principal Judge of the Family Court, District-Ayodhya within a stipulated period. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with expedition from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
